Tapered hole made to fit a typical round toothbrush handle, though you may want to modify it to your particular brush brand. Easily 3D printed using the included STL file. Depending on the porosity of the 3D print, I recommend applying a coating of nail polish or some other substance to seal the surface and make it watertight to prevent mold growing inside the part.
